Did my research and decided I was going to get a Ford Escape. Bison Ford was my third dealership I had stopped in to. I was greeted by Ken Jackson. He was very friendly and knew more about the Escape than the salespersons at the other dealerships. After I drove the Escape that I picked out and we came back to the dealership, we went inside and I bought the Escape. Ken made my decision very easy and I am glad to put my shopping behind me. Anyone I know of looking for a vehicle, I will send to see Ken at Bison Ford.. Thanks again Ken. I love my Escape.

This was a major purchase for me by myself and Ken helped guide me through the process without any pressure. He was very personable and informative. He explained the technology differences in my trade in and the new fusion I purchased, especially pointing out the safety features which I appreciated. He was the best salesperrson that I have ever worked with and the rest of the staff made me feel like I was important and not just another customer. The folks at Bison are simply fantastic! We ordered our new 2011 F-150 and couldn't ask for better service. Paul Stewart, Ammon, Trevor, and everyone else involved with the process bent over backwards to serve the customer. I would estimate I was there a dozen times asking all kinds of questions, throwing out "what ifs", and making decisions. Each time I was met with a smile, friendly attitude, and above all, a willingness to help. I've dealt with a lot of Auto Dealerships in my life, but none are even in the same ballpark as Bison!

Kirk Fried responded to an email inquiry. We chatted about what I was looking for and set an appointment. My wife and I were made to feel quite welcome by all people present. Nice warm welcome! We were listened too! We were shown vehicles that fit our needs and wishes. Our time was not wasted! After a couple of test drives and some disscussion, a choice was made. Value of trade was acceptable and pricing of the new Fusion 2012 was reasonable. A concern was easily resolved. New car delivered!! -- Everyone was happy! --- Then on to the next vehicle, a F350 superduty with everything including the wet bar! Excellent offer for my 08 Dodge 3500 and a reasonable price reduction on the F350! The hardest part of the whole day was getting all my junk out of the two vehicles that we traded in! :) Kirk and the entire staff was friendly, easy going and a pleasure to do business with! - BISON FORD..... Yes! I'll be there for the next vehicle!

I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 at Bison Ford on Saturday. I live in Wyoming but decided to look at trucks while I was here in Great Falls. Doc Lewis was my salesman and I have to say that this was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I will be sure to let everyone I know in Great Falls to go see him for a new vehicle. I think if I ever need another new vehicle I will travel to Great Falls again.
