Available Positions:

Parts Counterperson

We are actively seeking a qualified Parts Counterperson to join our team. The Parts Counterperson is responsible for obtaining parts and accessories for both the Service Technicians and our retail and wholesale customers. This person needs to meet parts sales goals and maintain the highest customer satisfaction. People who excel in this position are detail oriented and able to quickly memorize and look up computer based information.

Although we are not actively recruiting for the following positions, we’re always open to interviewing experienced high achievers for these jobs to see if they would be a good fit for our organization.

Sales Consultants

The ideal sales consultant candidate is capable of operating his or her own business within a business, meeting our high standards, and growing fast within our company. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Prior auto sales experience a plus, but not required.

Service Technician

We hire technicians of all skill levels. The ideal candidate must be professional, motivated, and reliable. Working in a fast-paced environment is a must. Duties include performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance to Bison Ford Standards, safely perform maintenance and repair services on vehicles of all makes and models, and communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are properly informed of any additional service required.

Lube Technician

Lube Technicians generally perform oil changes, tire rotations and inspections on customer vehicles. The Lube Technician position can be an entry point to potentially becoming a full-fledged Service Technician. We’re looking for detail-oriented team members eager to learn more about servicing Ford and other brand vehicles in our Service department.


Reconditioners are responsible for cleaning vehicles to the highest standard – either for sale on our pre-owned vehicle lot or for customers of the dealership. We are looking for detail-oriented people who enjoy working independently.
